First ever time taking part in @_pwnisher_ #rampagerally challenge and I’m really happy with the result 😊
Jasic universe keeps on expending with the second artifact to be revealed : the « painting of a thousand worlds ».
This painting is a portal to new universe in order to collect more artefacts, however it’s been torn out which creates these giants rifts/gateways
Included the first blockout wip (at first I planned to have 2 kids leapfrog but had to scratch the idea, also rift moved out from the canyon) in photoshop and an Arcane Jinx edit I made for fun
Estimated work time : 85 to 90 hours
Softwares : Unreal Engine, Blender, Substance Painter, Marvelous Designer, Davinci Resolve

Disclaimer : the model was kindly provided alongside @artofjhill tutorial, I shared a non textured version to compare and get what I worked on
I followed JHill's latest texturing tutorial in order to improve my texturing work and learned many things along the way.
Alongside his tutorial, he also made a texturing contest that I took part in !
The texture is about an Open AI Maintenance worker in year 2050
As of rn (like real life rn), OpenAI's data centers are in Mexico's desert and draining landwater at the same time as they iradiate the desert, making it 3°C hotter than usual in a few months.
I wanted to showcase how a maintenance worker will have to go in irradiated land, in between sandstorms in order to take care of the computers.
The guy is a tad clumsy, you'll see how he kept on hitting the back of his head as he stood back up 😅

Nouvelle œuvre 🖼️ (english version below)
Cette pièce s'appelle "Feelings" (Émotion en anglais) et parle de ce que j'appellerais le gap émotionnel (pour manque de meilleur mot).
Ce gap exprime la façon dont les émotions perdent de leur intensité/pureté au fur et à mesure qu'elles passent à travers la pensée, les mots et les actes. A cause de cela, seulement une infime partie de l'émotion originel ne parvient à son destinataire. C'est souvent la raison qui pousse les gens à se sentir mal aimé, détesté ou moins que rien, car on trouve facilement un gap entre ce qu'on ressent pour les autres et ce qu'ils nous renvoient. Dû au fait de ne recevoir qu'une partie de la couleur originel, nous sommes tous condamner à devoir projeter notre propre vision du monde pour essayer de deviner la couleur de base.

This one is called "Feelings" and is about what I call the emotional gap
Basically, every feelings you have get their intensity lost over time, through thoughts, speech and actions which means only a fragment of how you feel arrives towards your friends/family.
It's usually the reason people assume that they're not good enough, that someone is angry towards them or such. As you only get a part of the original color, you always have to project how you see the world back onto the light in order to guess the original color.

New @_pwnisher_ challenge happened this month !
The goal was to create a 120bpm visual this time around.
I tried to make something very tactile and surreal as a way to go out of my comfort zone (I've also been really inspired by Fred Again's live show installation).
You can see how it fits with different music on every slide (some of them are quite funny to say the least)

Petit post un peu différent de d'habitude aujourd'hui !
Il y a peu j'ai envoyé un dossier créatif à @troyeschampagnetourisme dans le cadre de l'appel à projet "L'art est dans le pré".
Le concept est simple, différents lieux sont disponibles pour des œuvre monumental (en physique donc) afin de promouvoir le patrimoine naturel de l'agglomération troyenne.
Voici donc le dossier que j'ai envoyé, malheureusement il n'a pas été sélectionné mais je reste fière de cette idée.
C'était la première fois que je me penchait sur la création d'une œuvre physique et je pense que c'est quelque chose que je vais réitérer le plus tôt possible !
N'hésiter pas à sauvegarder le post pour le relire plus attentivement quand vous avez du temps libre 😁

Yana got some new clothes !!
As the « Green Garden » main gardener, Yana always carries arround tools, nutrients and a bunch of very rare plants that she know how to take care of.
She usually has a backpack arround but she left it at home for this time.
This is the first time I’ve ever done some clothes myself and I’m really happy with it.
I had to learn cloth sim for this project and it was really fun to do !
It’s not something I thought I’d do this year as I thought it would be way harder than this. I now am ready to do more and keep on expending the intricate universe of Jasic !
After picking up Yana and Andree and taking the train together, the group is now in the Soul Forest, making their way toward the trees of their loved ones.
On one side of the Soul Forest lies a lake.
Fishes thrive there, and the vegetation is lush.
Fishing or diving is not allowed, as a sign of respect for this sacred place.
Many say the lake holds the tears from everyone’s first journey into the forest, and that it nourishes the trees, making them stronger than ever.
As a tradition, people take a boat trip on the lake when they first feel at peace with the forest and everyone within it.
It symbolizes calmness, as if you've become one with the tears you once cried.
This lake is a place of self-reflection, aiming for inner peace and joy in the forest.
Take your time, appreciate every life events as much as possible and reflect on what's happening out there.
That is the message I want to convey.
For all the Souls currently moving in the forest,
For all the tears currently being cried,
Please take a minute and show consideration.
