What most people don’t see is that this started a year before we even opened. So in reality, it’s been a couple years in the making. We spent months searching, tasting, and learning, trying to find something we truly believed in. It wasn’t just about quality, it was about finding the right partner in Japan who shared the same care and intention.
The matcha we serve today is first harvest, hand picked, and carefully sourced from people who treat it like a craft, not just an ingredient.
