Thank you, God. Praise the Lord for allowing me to see another year of life 💜 I know I’m so late with this post, but I’m truly grateful and blessed. I got to meet so many amazing people and experience so many beautiful things. Thank you to my cousin Bebe @delacremetravel for planning my travel! Last day of breast cancer awareness month and I had to make my pink post 💕we are literally living amongst miracles — from those who have survived breast cancer, or any cancer for that matter.
I want to give a special shoutout to my beautiful Auntie Brenda, who passed away from cancer, but whose legacy has lived on through our entire family. I never met her, but she’s so loved and so known throughout my whole family that it feels like I’ve known her my whole life.
Not only is she the reason why me and my mom love scary movies (because she passed that down to my mom), but she’s also the reason why the women in our family are so strong, independent, and amazing. She helped my grandma instill that strength in all of them — I truly believe that.
And I truly believe that if she were here today, she’d be so proud of how everyone has grown, of what we’ve all done with our lives, and of who we’ve all become. 💖🎀
