One of the most interesting fashion experiences yesterday at
@maisonvalentino “Specula Mundi” Haute Couture. It was exceptional: the collection, the details, the narrative. The word that truly fits? I’d say hypnotic.
Beyond the collection itself, the show felt completely different. As we entered the showspace, it became clear- the collection would unfold inside those boxes. We were in for a spectacle. The Kaiserpanorama seating concept… how has this never been used in fashion before? Incredibly fun. And the soundtrack. We don’t talk enough about the music at shows, but we should. Here music was as important as ceremonial bells in theaters - it was announcing every look with a mix of techno and classical tunes, marking transitions.
Designed by Alessandro Michele, this is the first show following the passing of Mr. Valentino and is clearly one for the books ❤️ Thank you
