once l realized energy is no joke...
1️⃣ I stopped apologizing for choosing myself. Ending relationships, setting boundaries, or walking away.
Choosing me is the reason I'm becoming the man I once envisioned.
2️⃣ I stopped entertaining bare-minimum connections. If I feel confused, drained, or question my worth, it's a no. My peace is too valuable for confusion.
3️⃣ I stopped overstimulating myself with heavy movies and chaotic TV. My nervous system deserves calm. I choose the quiet nights, and stable energy now.
4️⃣ I stopped chasing external pleasures to feel fulfilled. Distractions, quick dopamine, za and constant stimulation pulled me away from myself.
Real satisfaction comes from discipline, presence, and alignment.
5️⃣ I stopped ignoring how my body reacts to stress. Anxiety shows up first. I listen now. Rest, solitude, journaling, or a focused gym session often resets me.
6️⃣ I stopped sharing my goals with everyone.
Some visions need protection, not constant sharing. I let consistency and results speak for me.
7️⃣ I stopped letting money stress control my mindset. Abundance starts internally. I spend with intention, move with purpose, and trust myself.
8️⃣ I stopped caring about other people's opinions of my path. They're not living my life. I move in my own lane, trust my instincts, and stand firm in who l'm becoming.
