True to our promise, we are pleased to present the 30 winners in the final batch of the second edition of the Kestin Pondi Business Grant. With this announcement, we have successfully empowered a total of 80 beneficiaries this year. We remain sincerely grateful to everyone whose support, encouragement, and belief in this vision made this achievement possible.
Yesterday, we celebrated resilience, innovation, and the enduring spirit of Nigerian entrepreneurship. I was deeply honored to support 50 outstanding entrepreneurs through the second edition of the Kestin Pondi Business Grant, with a total commitment of ₦500 million to help small businesses expand, create jobs, and make meaningful contributions to our economy.
This initiative is founded on a simple but profound belief: the future of our nation is being shaped every day by courageous men and women who refuse to give up on their dreams.
I also wish to sincerely appreciate the Managing Director of the Delta State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (DESOPADEC), Chief Festus Ochonogor; my younger brother, Chief Godfrey Tare Pondi, GM Operations and Technical, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited; and my friend and brother, Engr. Michael Ifeanyi Anoka, Commissioner for Power and Energy, Delta State, for their generous pledge of ₦100 million each to support 10 additional entrepreneurs each from those who were not captured in the initial list of 50 beneficiaries.
Their remarkable gesture of commitment, partnership, and shared vision has increased the total number of beneficiaries of this year’s grant from 50 to 80 entrepreneurs.

Yesterday, we received participants of the Strategic Management and Policy Study Course 8/2025 of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) during their National Study Tour to Warri. Our discussions focused on the theme: “Security of Oil & Gas Facilities in the Niger Delta: A Panacea for National Development.”
At Tantita Security Services Nigeria Ltd., our approach is simple but powerful: protecting oil and gas facilities with the people, not from the people. By engaging over 40,000 personnel to monitor pipelines and other critical oil and gas facilities in close collaboration with Nigeria’s security agencies and other critical stakeholders across Western and Central Corridors of NNPCL and its JV partners operations, we have significantly reduced vandalism and illegal refining, boosted oil production, and contributed to the gradual restoration of our environment and community livelihoods.

Strengthening Support for National Security
On 26 February 2026, Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited formally handed over the Nuhu Ribadu Command and Control Centre to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) at its National Headquarters in Abuja.
The facility, thoughtfully designed and equipped with modern security technology, integrated solar power systems, conference rooms, and administrative offices, is intended to support the NSCDC’s operational efficiency and coordination efforts.
As part of this support initiative, Tantita also donated two Toyota Hilux operational vehicles to enhance mobility and field responsiveness where required.
The Centre was commissioned by the Commandant General of the NSCDC, Prof. Ahmed Abubakar Audi, mni, OFR, during the 2026 World Civil Defence Day celebration themed: “Managing Environmental Risks for a Resilient and Sustainable Future.”
This contribution reflects Tantita’s continued commitment to supporting lawful security efforts, particularly in the protection of critical national assets within its mandate. It is a demonstration of constructive collaboration between the private sector and government institutions in the shared interest of national stability and resilience.
