I don’t think there’s enough talk about how much courage it takes to leave everyone and everything behind to start over.
Knowing that the people you’ve loved or the place you’re from wouldn’t feed your soul the way it needed to be fed.
So I want to just take the time to let anyone who’s recently made a move, a decision, or accepted a new opportunity know, that while you may have uprooted your life, your circle, and get that intense feeling of worry if you’re making the right choices, you are.
Following your heart is hard, especially when not many people are listening to their own.
But you are seen, you are understood, and I know the happiness and grief that comes with starting over and letting go of what was.
Don’t be discouraged and don’t let anyone, including yourself, get in the way of what you truly deserve and desire.
Don’t lose the plot ☺️
