Indoor Workout #3 was electric! This workout invited all positions and focused on getting better feet & technique. Young guys built their foundations for the future, older guys molded and honed in on their skills for the next level, overall tho, WE JUH WORK!! Thank you to everyone who came out, we genuinely appreciate all the athletes who have shown such dedication to becoming better athletes!
