✨ Volunteer Spotlight: The Incomparable Jane Crane ✨ The beauty of working in a mission-based organization is seeing how many people are willing to gift their time and talents to help us make a positive impact on our community. While Volunteer Appreciation Week may have just passed, we couldn’t let the moment go by without recognizing a true star on our team: Jane Crane. For the past two years, Jane has been our Wednesday morning ray of sunshine. Whether she’s arriving with a smile or tackling a brand-new challenge, her presence has been vital to our growth. Jane is a true "Renaissance Woman"—there really isn't anything she can't do! How Jane makes a difference at AWE: Precision & Detail: Typing exhibition labels and managing complex spreadsheets. Business Acumen: Bringing organizational skills that keep our operations seamless. Creative Grit: From painting garden fences to rolling up her sleeves in our storage spaces. Unstoppable Energy: Facing every task with a positive attitude that lifts the whole office. Jane, we truly don’t know what we’d do without you. Your consistency and dedication have helped AWE become who we are today. Here’s to many more Wednesdays together! 🥂 #VolunteerAppreciation #CommunityImpact #VolunteerStar #TeamAWE #Grateful #NonProfitLife
