To accommodate a vast program consisting of several structures for multiples families, the design strategy was to optimize positioning and orientation of the buildings alongside the landscaping. This creates a private sanctuary for each family, whilst maintaining desirable sea views. A rich material palette is utilized in the project, providing a luxurious overall experience.
