Preparing for a shoot is more than just picking out an outfit. To get those “wow” shots you see in our portfolio, a little bit of prep goes a long way. Here are a few things we wish every client knew before stepping in front of the camera:
1. Lighting is Everything 💡
The “Golden Hour” isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the difference between a flat photo and a cinematic masterpiece. Trust our timing, we want you to glow!
2. Movement Over Posing 💃
Don’t worry about being “stiff.” The best shots often happen in the moments between poses, when you’re laughing, adjusting your jacket, or looking away. Just keep moving!
3. Comfort Shows 👟
If you feel uncomfortable in your clothes, it will show in your expression. Wear something that makes you feel like the best version of yourself, not someone else.
4. Trust the Process 🤝
Sometimes we might ask you to stand in a spot that looks “boring” to the naked eye, but looks incredible through a professional lens. Trust our vision!
5. Communication is Key 🗣️
Have a specific “good side” or a vibe you’re aiming for? Tell us! We are a team, and our goal is to capture your story exactly how you imagined it.

Stop scrolling! 🛑 I finally cracked the code for the perfect feed. Here are the 3 tips I used to get these shots:
✅ Under-expose for the Vibe: Drop your exposure before clicking. It keeps the highlights crisp and the shadows deep for that luxury look. 🖤
✅ Movement over Posing: Don’t just stand there! Walk, turn, or look away. Natural movement creates the best storytelling frames. 🎬
✅ Consistent Palette: Stick to a specific color story (like deep blacks and warm tones) to make your grid look like a professional collage. 🎞️
Save this for your next shoot! 📌
- Midrul & Mohit 😍🫶🏻
Under the divine gaze of the Durga Temple, Midrul and Mohit promised a lifetime of togetherness. A cold day, a warm embrace and a love that outshines the winter sun. 😍

We all want those bright, airy wedding shots, but there is a reason professional photographers usually cringe when they see 1:00 PM on the shot list. Your wedding planner focuses on the timeline and logistics but they aren’t always looking at the way light hits your face.
Here is the truth about high-noon photography:
• The “Panda Eye” Effect: At 1:00 PM, the sun is directly overhead. This creates harsh, vertical shadows under your eyes and nose. No amount of editing can perfectly fix deep, dark shadows caused by the midday sun.
• The Squint Factor: Unless you’re getting married under a heavy canopy of trees, you and your partner will be squinting in every single frame. It’s hard to look “effortlessly in love” when you’re fighting the glare.
• Heat & Texture: Midday is usually the hottest point of the event. Heat leads to shine, and high-overhead light emphasizes every bit of skin texture or makeup “cake” that wouldn’t be visible in softer light.
The Fix?
If you must shoot at 1 PM, find “Open Shade”—the shadow of a large building or a dense group of trees. But if you want that editorial, high-end glow? Push those portraits to the Golden Hour (60–90 minutes before sunset).
Trust the light, not just the schedule. 🥂✨
