reminiscing on all the good (and difficult) moments of 2025. since my posts are few and far between, here’s a recap of what this year looked like:
january - started the year off in atlanta at passion conference!
february - met my newest cousin ryleigh
march - did our first songwriting retreat and went on an oregon coast road trip!
april - found my new favourite coffee shop
may - started secretly looking at buying a place and went to squamish
june - quick toronto trip!
july - a FULL month! bought our first place, went on a cruise to Alaska, and got our puppy 🐾
august - said goodbye to the sweetest friends
september - gathering weekend with young adults
october - my birthday trip to seattle
november - i took no pictures, but put on my first christmas concert at CLA!
december - all the christmas things 🎄
i could make a completely separate post for all the coffee i had, but i’ll spare you. all that to say, i’m grateful for caffeine, good friends, and everything else this year brought :)

the newest and cutest addition to our family! so far she loves squeaky toys, chasing her tail, and saying hello to everyone she meets. oh, and biting everything. but still, we are obsessed!!!

OUR FIRST HOUSE 🗝️🏡
After nearly a year of searching for a new place, we finally found the one and are now officially homeowners!
This year has been full of ups and downs, and a lot of questioning when we would find the right place. There were a lot of frustrating moments, but also a lot of open doors that could’ve only been because of God. This house is a testament to God’s faithfulness and his perfect timing. So grateful for this new place we get to call home. And we can’t wait to host all of our friends soon! 🙌🏼

so much has happened in these past couple years, and yet it’s also flown by. but there’s no one i’d rather go through this life with than you❣️

how do you say goodbye to your church of 24 years? @broadwaychurch has been home to me through all the ups and downs of my life. it’s where i grew up, where i said my first prayer, where i got baptized, where i had my first opportunities to preach and lead worship. years of camps, retreats, services, events, and God moved at every one. there are not enough words to say how grateful i am for this place, and most importantly, this community.
this week i finished my time at broadway, but that doesn’t mean i won’t be cheering it on from afar. it will forever have a place in my heart, and i’m so proud of all that is happening there to further God’s kingdom, and all that i got to be a part of.
all that to say, though, i am super excited to be joining the team at @clachurch ! God is bringing us into a new season, and i’m looking forward that all he’s going to do. this is just the beginning!
