In a society in which we are living, where it feels like a sci-fi film, AVOIDSTREET launches itself in a direction that an AI cannot intercept—an odour that smells of plastic, sweaty armpits in a bus, and honey, together. You can smell this when you look at the pieces of Neutralizing Spheres. They flicker and loop, not unlike a YouTube video on a broken connection, and yet they hold something—an echo, a pulse, a glitch of intimacy.

Work with clothes is to simultaneously read and manipulate fabric, lyrics, and jpegs. Since 2018, AVOIDSTREET has developed its practice by analyzing and producing, at the same time, a nonlinear meta-brand capable of being both a critical act and a marketable product. It exists, like the poor image, in contradiction—caught between resistance and distribution, between opacity and overexposure.
