Just a little reintroduction to myself and the work I’ve been building over the past decade.
Hi 👋 I’m Avi, a photographer and creative based in Tokyo.
What started as casually carrying a camera everywhere slowly turned into a career. Somewhere between street corners, quiet train rides, neon nights, and winter landscapes, photography became more than images. It became a way of seeing and self expression for me.
I’m drawn to cinematic moments in everyday life. The unscripted, the in-between, the subtle gestures that most people walk past.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with Leica, exhibiting internationally, teaching workshops, and sharing what I’ve learned about seeing and not just shooting.
If my work does anything, I hope it reminds you that your life is worth watching too. Beauty isn’t somewhere far away, it’s in the people you already have, and the moments you’re already living.
If my photos can give you one gift, I hope it’s permission to romanticize your own life: the ordinary days, the small scenes, the quiet in-between moments. Because this is your film, and it’s more beautiful than you think.
Grateful for everyone who’s been here since day one and welcome to those who’ve just arrived.

Celebrating 60 years of the legendary Noctilux-M, its ultra-wide aperture and signature bokeh add depth and atmosphere, allowing subjects to stand out while their surroundings remain an essential part of the story.
