yesterday, my family and I celebrated my Grandma Joanie’s 94 years of a beautiful life—she was the best grandmother and an even better mentor. this morning on my walk (with rock), a red cardinal flew and stopped right in front of us. My Geno, passed away before I was born, so as kids when we saw red cardinals we always thought it was his way of saying hi. He told me this morning she’s with him.

2025 consisted of
seeing new places,
meeting new friends,
creating @tonedmovement
a year of love + gratitude,
the busiest year,
spending more time with family,
lots of selfies,
getting really bad about being late,
expanding my closet (still),
4 concerts,
many drinks & yummy plates consumed,
doing cool shit and calling it “work,”
a year that changed everything.
