With nearly fifteen years in hospitality, Jaclyn brings a deep respect for craft, connection, and the small details that shape a lasting experience. Drawn early on to the idea of creating meaningful moments for others, she has built her career around the belief that camaraderie, care, and intention are what transform a meal into a memory.
As Service Director, Jaclyn leads with collaboration and clarity. Her role spans far beyond the dining room, from mentoring the team and fostering open communication to building lasting relationships with guests of both Enclos and the Lounge. She believes in leading by example, listening closely, and supporting the team with the tools they need to succeed. The result is a service culture rooted in trust, accountability, and genuine warmth.
One of her most formative experiences was at

@matthew.kamm and alongside a small, resourceful team helped shape her empathetic and solutions-focused approach to leadership. Those lessons continue to guide her today, reinforcing the importance of compassion for both guests and colleagues.
What Jaclyn values most at Enclos is the harmony between food, people, and place. From the thoughtfulness of Chef

Outside of work, Jaclyn and her husband,
