MEET THE TEAM: AVA
Ava Potter is an actor and director. Her stage credits include: Scout in To Kill a Mockingbird (Regents Park Open Air Theatre, Barbican, UK Tour) and Lily in Micheal Morpurgo’s Running Wild (Regents Park Open Air Theatre). Her screen credits also include: series regular in The Dumping Ground (CBBC), Call the Midwife (BBC), and Horizon Zero Dawn (Guerrilla Games).
Since completing the Old Vic Theatre-Makers course and directing pieces of new writing at Theatre Peckham, Ava has Assistant Directed Wiebke Green on The Journey to Venice (Finborough Theatre) and Union (Arcola Theatre). Ava recently directed her debut play ‘The Welkin’ written by Lucy Kirkwood at The Bloomsbury Theatre, London. Ava is also currently Production Assistant at BAFTA nominated Candid Broads Productions.
Ava is so excited to work with young and upcoming actors in and around Ampthill, as an actor and director she will be introducing them to exciting new and classical texts - analyzing them, breaking them down and bringing them to life!
