Spring in a glass 🌸🍊
Our Rhubarb Spritz = bright, refreshing, and made for slow afternoons that turn into golden hour pours.
Made with our Prosecco, fresh orange juice, and a homemade rhubarb syrup - add just enough to match your preferred sweetness.
Rhubarb Spritz
1–1.5 oz rhubarb syrup (adjust to taste)
3 oz Avaline Prosecco
1 oz sparkling water
juice of ½ an orange
Add syrup, prosecco + juice to a glass, fill with ice, top with sparkling water + garnish with rhubarb
rhubarb syrup
simmer 4 cups chopped rhubarb, sugar + 1 cup water for ~20 mins (adjust sugar to your preferred sweetness)
strain + let cool
