Работать одному это дно дело,очень понятное для меня.
Работать с другими людьми,в команде,абсолютно разные планеты.
Уметь доверять людям,верить в них,через себя переступать в 1000 обстоятельствах,принимать компромиссы,то чему я учусь эти 3 года.
Это невероятно сложно для меня,но я очень рад,что вокруг меня такие люди.
Я рад,что не просто делаю работу с этими людьми. Каждого уважаю и ценю по своему,доверяю,для меня каждый человек интересен и особен в команде.
Уверен на 100% что дальше будет больше.
У нас крутая команда,с каждым месяц мы растем,становимся лучше и открыты к другому этапу.
Когда вокруг есть такие люди,можно делать любое дело.
Working alone is something very familiar to me.
Working with other people, as a team, feels like a completely different world.
Learning to trust people, to believe in them, to step over myself in a thousand situations, to accept compromises that’s what I’ve been learning these past three years. It’s incredibly hard for me, but I’m so glad that I have these people around me.
I’m happy not just to be working with them, but to truly respect and value each one in their own way, to trust them, and to see how unique and special everyone is in the team.
I’m 100% sure that the best is still ahead. Our team is strong, and with each month we’re growing, getting better, and ready for the next stage. When you have people like this around you, you can accomplish anything.
The last 3 months were insane no words to describe.
Finally managed to escape for the weekend, breathe a little, and just spend time with myself and friends.
Back to the grind now 💼
Grateful to God for every person around me. I’m truly happy I get to share so many moments and emotions with such amazing people.
Leaving these memories here it was an incredible time 🏄🏻♂️
