On the back of yesterdays Pizza post, I got to thinking about safe foods. When I was a kid, my safest food was dry crackerbreads. Nowadays it's pasta with butter, salt and pepper. Boring but, safe!
So, tell us what your safest of safe foods are?
For those of you who don't know what safe foods are, I would describe them as being consistent, predictable comfort foods. For me, they reduce anxiety and sensory overload, by having reliable flavors and specific textures (like crunchy).
Apparently, it's National Pizza Party Day! Whether you prefer a simple margherita or adventurous toppings, today is all about indulging in your favorite cheesy goodness. Let’s spread love, laughter, and lots of pizza!
What're your favourite toppings?
Where do you get your favourite pizza from?
Thin base or deep and thick?
Is pizza one of your safe foods?
Personally, I love a BBQ base 😋

It's info dumping time!! Often, autistic people have to squash their excitement about their special interests to fit in with society. But not now. Not with us! We want to hear everything you want to share!
Want to write us a sentence about your favourite insect? Go for it. Want to write a 6 page essay about the engine on that particular train? We want to read it. Desperate to tell someone about a new thing that you've discovered and have learnt everything there is to know about? Please, tell us!
Please, info dump in the comments below or send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Info Dump" then comment below to tell us you have done so. We really can't wait to learn more about our community!
