Observing someone anchored in the ‘present’ is the purest, simplest form of beauty. I sought angles that spoke of serenity, moving like a shadow to preserve the tranquility of the room. It was a moment where my lens and I worked through intuition rather than mere technique

I’ve always been drawn to the soul of film photography, but the environmental impact of chemical waste and the logistical challenge of finding reliable labs in Thailand have always been a concern. For this wedding, I searched for a middle ground. By using the #Leica Q3 and #Q343 with their in-camera ’Leica Look,‘ I was able to achieve those classic film aesthetics and organic skin tones without the waste. It’s a refreshing way to honor the past while staying conscious of the present.
