Today, we bid ado to one of the most fun but most challenging shows I have done. I would not have survived if it wasn't for my boys @estewart412@chrisladywell@danbrownprops . I have met so many life lifelong friends along the way. This one was for the books, and even though I left the show a while ago, I still was working on it in the shop, so the show truly never left me. I will miss it.
We have a hard rule on no photos during a tasting menu. ACRU was a 10 out of 10 experience. It really unlocked flavors I didn't know I needed to have in my life. I really appreciate everyone at @acrunyc for all their hard work and attention. I can not wait to come back.
This will always be my favorite photo of the amazing Linda Balgord that we took on tour. She was not only a triumph on stage, but she was also a great time offstage. She was so welcoming and warm, always greeting me with hugs and love. What a true loss of a great human. She will always live on in my mind ...... packed up and ready for the next stop.

@thetynandavis should be celebrated today as well for bringing him into this world . She is the strongest and most amazing person I know.
What a whirlwind 48 hours! I said goodbye to the Future, took a trip back home with the little dude to visit my roots in hot dog form, and today I start my trip back to the Past ...... I need a coffee ...... and maybe a hug
