Wrote and produced “Praying for Me” with Ben Rector featuring Mat Kearney. Got to write this one alongside Ben, Mat, and @joshcjenkins — dream team. Drums : @sterloid Bass : @strawberrius Also, played guitar on a few other songs on this new record. Working with Ben is always such a joy, and this project is really special to me. Stoked to be a part of the new @johnmorgan95 album “Carolina Blue”. I wrote “Without ‘Em” with John and @benhayslip This one is extra special to me. In the second verse/chorus, we referenced my late father “Brother Joe”, who was a pastor in the hometown I grew up in. This one is for the quiet heroes.
