존경하는 분께서 주신 기회로 하이헷을 설립하여 운영한 지도 3년 반이 넘었습니다.
많은 분들의 도움으로 캐스팅부터 저의 노하우를 담은 신인 개발 시스템을 만들고, 세계관 설정부터 콘셉트, 곡 설정, 안무 제작, 스타일, 마케팅, 심지어 올라가는 사진 하나하나까지 모든 부분에서 제작을 배우고 싶어 관여하다 보니 3년이라는 시간이 너무 빨리 지난 것 같습니다.
정말 많은 걸 배웠고, 이번 반응을 보며 나와 우리 팀이 걸어온 길이 헛되지 않았음을 느낍니다.

예전에는 제가 주인공인 삶을 살았다면, 요즘은 저 아닌 다른 존재가 물론 저라는 사람을 위해서도 있지만 정말 잘되길 바라고, 이 친구들이 음악을 하고 좋은 어른으로 성장하는 모습을 보며 느끼는 기쁨이 진심으로 우러나오는 것 같아 참 좋습니다.
이프아이 친구들이 이 일을 하며 음악을 사랑하고 팬들에게 희망을 줄 수 있는, 인성과 실력을 모두 갖춘 완벽한 아이돌이 되도록 곁에서 열심히 서포트하겠습니다.
그리고 오스피셔스가 있어서 그대들이 있어서 가능했습니다❤️

It’s already been over three and a half years since I founded and started running HiHat, following the suggestion of someone I deeply respect.
Thanks to the help of many people, I was able to build a rookie development system infused with my own experience—from casting and concept building to creating the storyline, selecting songs, choreographing, styling, marketing, and even being involved in every single photo that gets uploaded. I wanted to learn everything about production, and before I knew it, three years had flown by.
I’ve learned so much, and seeing the recent response made me realize that the path my team and I have walked wasn’t in vain.
With such great teammates and truly amazing girls, we were able to bring a precious team to life—

I used to live a life where I was the main character, but lately, I find joy in rooting for someone else. Of course, this journey is still part of my own story, but genuinely wanting someone else to succeed and watching these girls grow into musicians and wonderful adults brings a heartfelt happiness I never expected.
As they continue this path, I’ll do my best to support the IFEYE members in becoming idols who are not only talented but also give hope to fans through their music and their character.
