Vaulk, a new brand by Agorespace stepping into a strategic field: modular high-protection shelters for sensitive and critical environments.
The challenge: stay precise and credible in a highly technical space. We built a coherent system across brand identity, website and print.
On my end, I led the 3D, motion and interactive direction, craft to shape the immersion and overall experience.

Throwback to Agorespace, FWA SOTD, Awwwards Honors Business & Services, 3rd place digital product at Le Club des DA🏆
Still one of my favorite projects at @leoleostudio , shipped back in late 2024. Also my first real dive into WebGL learned a ton on this one.
My scope:
🔹 3D Modeling: Two complete stadiums (Multisport + TF5) from photo refs
🔹 Interaction: Real-time sport switching & explorable hotspots
🔹 Assets: 20+ animated 3D objects for multisport and TF5
🔹 Shaders: Custom header & footer via Unicorn Studio

Satisfying cleanup for YOMY Robot 🧹✨
From 16M polygons (CAD) to a clean 200k WebGL asset. The challenge on the YOMY website at @leoleostudio : making this industrial robot run smoothly on a mobile browser without crashing the phone. 💥
We went from a 2GB CAD file to a 2MB WebGL asset. Here is the cleanup breakdown:
