“Beyond The Horizon” is a pure italobody banger track ! Driven by a relentless rhythm and pulsing bass, this track fuses the raw essence of italodisco with a captivating electronic darkness. The soaring synth layers stretch out endlessly, while spectral melodies emerge, creating an almost cinematic tension.
“Until The End” reveals a more introspective and emotional side of the artist.
Less frenetic than the eponymous track, this one relies on a more ethereal structure with well-rounded bass and delicate percussions. The subtle and enveloping synths weave a luminous atmosphere carried by a positive and dreamy energy.

“Whisper” is @aural_trace ´s latest production, a 2-original track EP which gathers all the good things we love about the Berlin-based musician: Synth waves infused with powerful bass lines, upbeat percussive elements and that melancholia touch toying with our feelings and emotional boundaries that get us have his music on repeat.
Originally from Chile and now a resident of Berlin, Manuel Ortuzar, aka Aural Trace, is not a new-comer in the scene, with releases on Ombral INTL, Bordello A Parigi, Melopée Records, Play Pal Music, Melodize, Logical Records, as well as his own label Odd Pleasures he co-founded with Max Ferrer, his binom of their common project Random Atlas. At Thisbe, we are delighted to welcome him and his new EP among the label´s catalogue.
With “Whisper”, Aural Trace delivers another well-crafted EP, highlighting his mastery in music production, being also a mixing and mastering engineering by day. The EP is completed by remixes by Rambal Cochet (aka @voltacab ) and @pyramemusic : Rambal Cochet takes the Goa Breaks route to produce a mix that drives the listener into an enigmatic self-reflective trip, while Pyrame brings the introspective voyage from the original mix into another side of our sub-conscience.

St. Petersburg-born Cologne-based producer & DJ Etane makes his debut on the ODD Pleasures. He is the head of the Intertrax music community & co-curator of the Oberwave community.
Etane presents ‘Tōru’, a new EP that serves as a profound dialogue between electronic music and avant-garde art. By integrating fragments of various art forms, Etane merges two distinct worlds into a singular immersive experience.
Opening up with EP’s self-titled track Ai ‘Tōru’, Etane presents an obscure landscape with hints of italo and techno. Where well rounded lower tones meet excited percussion and organic vocal pads merge with tripped out arpeggios. A fresh and perfectly balanced blend that showcases his signature sound from the very beginning..
Stuttery vocals, impactful drums, bouncy basslines and frenetic synths are the main ingredients of ‘Obsessive’, an elegant recipe ideal for uplifting moments of the night.
