Yesterday I held my energy grounding and protection workshop. We took Aura photos before and after. These are the results.
We went through our chakras and let them tell us which one we should ground through. Then we cleared out any excess energy that no longer serves us. We attached ourselves to our higher energy which I call the eight-pointed star and allowed the elixir of our perfection to flow through us clearing out anything else that doesn't serve. We created a protection bubble. And then we returned any energy that we have absorbed from other humans through time.
It was a very powerful and amazing experience with these beautiful humans. To protect ourselves and know how to clear and stay grounded during this time is profoundly beneficial for everyone you come and contact with. And you will notice the difference in your life .
