In honor of AANHPI Heritage and Mental Health Awareness Month, this month’s sessions at @aura.wellnessstudio will hold extra space for honesty, grounding, and real-life reflection. 🤍
Starting May 12th, sound healing + guided meditation classes will now take place every other Tuesday from 8:15–9PM. We’ll focus on navigating difficult seasons, reconnecting with ourselves, managing overwhelm, and finding small ways to stay grounded while still moving through real life in real time. We’ll also reflect on cultural expectations, generational healing, emotional well-being, and the importance of community care within our journeys.
Guided meditation, breathwork, journaling, and sound healing invites us slow down and check in with ourselves gently.
