I lost my brother on Sunday evening.
Tim was 37 and passed away at home with complications from pneumonia.
Tim was the best brother I could ask for and the most selfless person I’ve ever met.
His constant sarcasm and ridiculous jokes will FOREVER echo in my head. All he cared about was making people smile or laugh. If he wasn’t showing you a meme or funny video, he was harassing you so he could get you the best gift for whatever holiday was next or just to get you something.
I truly wish more people would’ve gotten to know him because his sweetness and thoughtfulness would’ve only made the world that much brighter.
I am beyond lucky to have had him and don’t know what I’m gonna do without him.
If you want to honor him, wear something green.
Eat nuggets from Chick-fil-A or a pepperoni pizza from Sir Pizza.
Listen to All Star by Smashmouth or Pokerface by Lady Gaga.
Watch Dodgeball, Shrek, Whose Line is it Anyway, or Violent Night.
Play Legend of Zelda (Breath of the Wild) or Helldivers 2 or any of the Batman Arkham games.
Those were some of his absolute favorites and I know that doing anyone of those would make him smile or, at the least, make a sarcastic joke.
Spend time with your family and loved ones as much as you can.
Tell them you love them.
Check in on them daily.
Be transparent with your mental and physical health and make sure they are too.
It’s ok to not be ok, just make sure someone knows.
I’m not gonna be okay for a long time and that’s ok.

Missing these two perfect girls even more this weekend.
Today would’ve been Daisy’s 16th bday and tomorrow marks 6 month without our sweetest Gia.
