Touch Our Garden 🫱🍃
We are like gardeners building and cultivating our gardens. We cultivate special places for ourselves, places full of imagination, where we can escape harsh reality… places of survival. In these gardens that we cultivate with our hands, we create a wild and poetic nature, a nature that can connect us, remind us of our ancestral connections with the community.
My father taught me how to create my gardens. He taught me the value of touching nature and others. My father passed away when I was 13 years old. He was a biologist and a doctor. I learned from him to let my touch touch people's souls and to feel nature in a meaningful way. This is the inspiration for my artwork.
