This journey has been years in the making full of restarts, setbacks, and lessons. I’ve started and stopped more times than I can count. I’ve had seasons of momentum and seasons where I barely recognized myself.
This time last year, I was the heaviest I’d ever been (even including pregnancy). I was drinking too much, skipping the gym, and not prioritizing my health at all.
Then something finally clicked. I decided to stop playing with my potential and get serious. Not just about my fitness but about my life.
Throughout my 75 Hard journey, I’ve learned that discipline builds more than just a nice body - it builds self-respect.
