When I was like 13, I'd walk home late at night from my friends place, tripping out to Pink Floyd on my walkman so this was fun to make 🌈
I forgot I had this commission from a family member. When I got the text "hey I'll be picking up the onesie in 3 hrs." I was like, Oh shii, and this was created randomly, yay!

I enjoy sewing in this patchwork style while trying to use up my smaller scraps. I try to use each scrap fully without cutting it further. It's fun to just figure it out as I go and see what I end up with. I really like the yellow bag cuz of all the triangle shapped scraps, and of course, the patch! 💛

The process of making this Siouxie bag, we'll some of the process. From a torn corduroy overall dress into a new bag for youu!🕸
It can also be used as hip bag. Clip it onto your belt loops instead of the purse strap.
Upcycled purse. Goth bag. Spider web embroidery.
Black corduroy bag made from some preloved overalls. The pocket on the front was the side pocket of the overall! And of course the back pocket at back of the purse!
I embroidered a web detail and left the original buttons as the closure. Siouxie and the Banshees patch and floral lining.
It can be worn as a purse or worn on your belt loops/ chain belt bc the strap can be removed!

🦝 Striped scrap I've had for at least 15yrs. I used to make skirts out of this fabric I got at the swapmeet.
🍷Lining fabric was going to be thrown out by my friend's work.
I may not remember everything, but I sure remember where I got what scrap 🥰
