From the ceremony in which Costis Fragkoulis became the first recipient of the “Samuel Gridley Howe Award” for promoting Greek-American friendship and cooperation.
And thus, an almost three year “campaign” comes to fruition with the signing of an MOU between The Hellenic Center for Defence Innovation and the National Documentation Center. I know it sounds overly technical, but good things will ensue and I can do a victory lap (privately) :-)
