Barbell squat, pyramid sets
2x10 295lbs
2x6 374lbs
2x10 275lbs
Front Squat, regular sets
2x8 245lbs
2x10 225lb
Dumbbell Bulgarians, regular sets:
3x12 65lbs each hand
Hanging leg raises:
3x12-15, 35lbs, last set to failure
Isometric glute kickback:
DNF bc my hamstring turned into a ball but normally:
3x12-15 RPE 8
Glute drive:
3x12 RPE 5 (again hamstring no like)
mandatory mirin:
10 RPE
