[flash warning] This piece is called Little Old Me. It attempts to express complex feelings about living a simple existence and not seeking more, even if the world makes you feel like you should try harder. It’s not about reaching for the stars but staying on the ground. You are a drop in the pool of existence that you never asked for.
Description: The video has flashing checkered clouds and thunderstorms in blues and pinks. A geometric tropical rain shower occurs during the instrumental ending. There is a widescreen version on YouTube. Audio is available on Bandcamp.

Here is a clip of the piece called SHAKEN
This song is about a dream I had after my bandmate Padt was hit by a train and killed in our last year of high school. In the dream, I kept seeing him at a distance in the forest or in a crowded church and could never catch up to him. This song ties in other complex feelings of holding onto thoughts and experiences that need to be let go, such as the shame that is instilled when growing up under the influence of the catholic church.
The video depicts a cityscape superimposed with green and yellow geometric shapes morphing overtop and a kaleidoscoped forest on fire.
There is an extended audio and widescreen version on YouTube. Extended audio available on Bandcamp.

This piece is called Thru. It expresses the feeling of not being able to communicate or get “thru” to someone. This feeling is universal—it happens with friends, family, lovers. You’ve been trying over time and finally realize that the connection is also “thru”. The video shows flowers blooming and reblooming with expressive colours. There is an extended audio and widescreen version on YouTube. Extended audio available on Bandcamp. (Coming soon)

At the Petersham Bowling Club. @jets_polaroid_film remotely mixed the projections from Canada while Fran performed and projected them in person in Sydney. Pictured is Fran playing piano and singing on stage with a front row of audience members seated on the floor. The projections are very light and delicate in a bright room. Fran’s outfit is a shiny silver shirt and green pants from
@re_place_inner_west . Thanks @rubi_slowships for the two video clips. The initial picture & quote is from @chi_yhun_lo ’s colleague who brought up Bjork when inquiring about vocal style 🤩 and got “too taken by the show” ✨
One last dance is now streaming on YouTube Bandcamp etc. I wrote this song a long time ago about watching the person you love romantically be in a relationship with someone else, and you’re okay with it
