What a weekend for Intensity. These girls went 9-0, only dropping 2 sets at Provincials. They have finished their 17U OVA season as the gold medal champions. Number One! š„
A huge congratulations to @halton17u who captured the silver and @storm.tornado.vball who captured the bronze.
We are grateful to @ova_updates for another well run event and to all of our supporters. We heard you all. We will take a day off to soak up this moment and then we are back in the gym preparing for 2025 Nationals.
This season, some of the top 18U teams across Ontario competed in the newly formed OVL. Today was playoff day - another true test of Intensityās resilience. With no subs, injuries, and players stepping into different positions, this team finished the season ranked #3. They never cease to amaze us.
Shoutout to the CWENCH Players of the Game:āØvs. MVC ~ Kylie MillsāØvs. Halton ~ Hannah SchadāØvs. Defensa ~ Kaylee Holmes
Wishing Brooke and Liv a speedy recovery!
Thank you @team_12_training for sponsoring and making this league possible.
Thank you @cwenchhydration for sponsoring our players of the game!
Congrats to all teams on a very successful 18U season. See you in Calgary!
Intensity went into provincials hoping to come home with a provincial medal (for the 5th year in a row). After a successful first day of pool play, they were ready for their D1T1 Quarter Finals. In an epic 3 hour/5 set battle they narrowly missed the semi finals. They were disappointed, but nothing stops these athletes! They went on to win the next 2 games, resulting in an impressive 5th place finals. We are beyond proud of these young women. This may not have been the end they wanted, but they went out showing exactly who they are - talented, resilient and relentless!
Hereās just a few kills from our last game.
Nationals - here we come!

They fought for every point and punched their ticket to the OVA Grand Prix.
What a team. @attackvb@ova_updates
So proud of this group.
On Day 1 and 2: Intensity went 4ā2 at the Capitol Hill Classic in Washington, D.C., finishing in the Gold Division (Top 16 teams).
Day 3: A three-set quarterfinal (24-26, 26-24, 17-19) showed the heart of this team. It didnāt end our way, but every point mattered.
Next up: Grand Prix Qualifier. Weāre ready. @capitolhillvb@attackvb
