We stopped by @atriumfair at @minnesotastreetproject and left thinking about art fairs a little differently. ✨ This isn’t a fly-in, fly-out fair or a walled-off experience—it’s embedded in a campus that’s spent the last decade holding space for Bay Area galleries, artists, and collectors at every stage. 🙌 Free to enter, local at its core, and intentionally scaled, ATRIUM feels less like a spectacle and more like an invitation to actually look, ask questions, and start collecting without the intimidation factor. Alongside the fair booths, MSP’s resident galleries are open throughout, with SKYLIGHT ABOVE upstairs adding artist-run and experimental counterpoints. ATRIUM has truly started with a bang! We are honored to have welcomed over 2,200 attendees to the opening reception of ATRIUM, the inaugural free art fair presented by Minnesota Street Project during SF Art Week. The reception launched ATRIUM’s four-day run during SF Art Week, bringing together over 20 established and emerging galleries alongside MSP’s 12 resident galleries, which remained open throughout the fair. Upstairs, guests explored Skylight Above, a group exhibition featuring 13 artist-run spaces from across California. Thank you to all exhibitors and attendees to opening night!
