I’m 34 ! ⭐️ อายุ 34 แล้วครับ ปีนี้ได้บทเรียนเยอะเลย Learned a lot..mostly from my dumb experiences. So here are 34 dumb lessons. 34 บทเรียนของคนโง่ 1.คำว่า “ไม่” ถูกกว่าค่าไปพบจิตแพทย์ 2.ถ้าไม่ได้เกิดเป็นกระบองเพชร ก็ดื่มน้ำบ้าง 3.ดราม่า หรือแค่ว่าหิว 4.คิดเยอะเกินอาจจะกำลังง่วง 5.ความเงียบก็คือคำตอบนะ (ดังด้วย) 6.ไม่ใช่ทุกเรื่องต้องได้บทสรุปจบ บางเรื่องมันก็จบเฉย ๆ ได้ 7.ไม่ต้องรีบตอบทุกข้อความ โลกยังไม่พัง 8.ยุ่ง ≠ เท่ 9.ถ้ามันทำให้ใจเราไม่สงบ แปลว่ามันแพงเกิน 10.เปลี่ยนใจก็ได้ อีกกี่รอบก็ได้ 11.ถ้าร่างกายอ่อนแอ มันรู้ตัวก่อนสมองอีก 12.ไม่จำเป็นต้องอธิบายตัวเราให้ทุกคนเข้าใจ 13.เชื่อ “เอ๊ะ” แรกที่ผุดขึ้นมา 14.ไม่ใช่ทุกความคิดที่ควรใส่ใจ 15.ทำช้า ก็ยังถือว่าทำอยู่ 16.ความสงบมันดูน่าเบื่อ สำหรับคนที่ชอบความวุ่นวาย 17.อาหารที่คุ้นเคยเยียวยาได้ดีกว่าคำแนะนำ 18.ไม่จำเป็นต้องทำทุกอย่างให้เสร็จ 19.แค่ชอบ ก็เพียงพอแล้ว 20.บางวันก็มีไว้ใช้ชีวิตเฉย ๆ ไม่ต้องมีเป้าหมาย 21.ตอบช้าไม่ใช่อาชญากรรม 22.ถ้าต้องถามว่า “ควรไหม” คำตอบมักจะคือ “ไม่” 23.ความชิลมันต้องฝึก 24.ไม่ใช่ทุกอย่างคือสัญญาณ บางอย่างมันแค่น่ารำคาญ 25.ความเงียบบางทีก็ทำงานของมัน 26.อธิบายเยอะแยะ ไม่ได้ทำให้ดูเท่ขึ้น 27.ไม่จำเป็นต้องเหมือนตัวเองในอดีต 28.ไม่ต้องเอาทุกความสามารถไปทำเงิน 29.ไม่ควรต้องพยายาม เพื่อให้ได้ความใส่ใจพื้นฐานกลับมา 30.ความชัดเจนไม่ควรใช้เวลาเป็นเดือน 31.คนเราเปลี่ยนแปลงเสมอ 32.ถ้าต้องยุ่งกับไฟป่า อย่าเอาทุกอย่างลงไปเสี่ยง 33.รักเร็ว เจ็บลึก 34. ตอนนี้เราก็โอเคแล้วนะ โอเคมากแล้วอีสัด

Dream of Overthinker. ✨ Mix media on canvas This art piece is part of my art therapy video, exploring a chaotic mind and finally finding myself again. :) I’ve always struggled with being too much of a perfectionist and overthinking. Recently, I was diagnosed with OCPD (Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder). I’m finally learning to accept myself for who I am and starting to understand myself again. And this was my dreams come to life.
