We had quite a year. And honestly? We didn't see most of it coming. We started new verticals. We became a team of 40+. We explored new formats, because why not. We even got a new shelf… and yes, that's because we needed somewhere to put the awards. And we grew. In skill. In craft. As a team. As people. The kind of growth that doesn't always show up in a reel but you feel it in the room, in how we think, how we work, how we show up for each other and the magic we create.
