A beautiful traditional wedding that truly took us back to the 80s. No matter how far we go, this is where our roots lie. What excited me the most, the entire wedding DJ played only 70s and 80s songs. That feeling of photographing inside a Chettiar temple while old melodies filled the air… it was perfect.I wasn’t there just as a photographer. I was a time traveller.The bride and groom deeply adore tradition and the 80s touch ,it lives in their heart and soul. The calm, content feeling you see in the 10th picture comes straight from my own emotions during this wedding. So much love. Tradition. Kaadhal. Old songs. Tea. 80s-style outfits. Honestly, I have no idea how I was blessed with the opportunity to share this wedding series. I’m obsessed with paintings, especially Madhubani art. This entire wedding...the groom, bride, deco, make-up,ambience, and feeling was filled with so many elements that reminded me of paintings. Painting was once my hobby, and now I’m able to turn that love into art in the form of digital photographs. I would like to give huge respect to the deco artist @mkcreationevent for creating such a beautiful backdrop, especially those paintings. Above everything, what I noticed was the beautiful love between them, and the little conversations here and there felt like watching a feel-good love story movie. Thank you for this opportunity.
