Grateful to be back at the @manhyiapalace_ , this time catering for the 76th Birthday Thanksgiving of His Majesty, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
From the first plate to the final toast, it was nothing short of regal.
Happy Birthday, Your Majesty. Long live the King!

On the question of what I want to be remembered for, my answer is this:
I want to look back one day and know that the lives of the people who worked with us, our employees, partners, and stakeholders, became better because we were part of their journey. That would mean a lot to me. #BuildingAtlantic
For partnerships, my most important lessons are both what someone brings to the table and alignment, i.e. if we are aligned in our values. Skills are important, no doubt, however shared values are key.
I usually take my time on partnerships because not everything that looks great on paper is right in practice. #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
Celebrating the women whose care, sacrifice and strength keep homes and communities thriving.
Happy Mother’s Day from all of us @atlanticcgh

Is proximity to customers a big deal?
Well it depends on the type of business and where the bulk of its customers are.
But in many cases, factors like reliability, consistency of service, and the capability to deliver at a high standard can be just as important, sometimes even more so, than location. Happy Thursday. #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
It may look seamless, but I can tell you, managing a large team and perishable goods is no child’s play. It takes systems and layers of accountability for every line item. #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
This is one of the questions I get asked most.
Business is really about managing people. Your supply chain depends on people. Your clients are people. I came into business focused on getting the operations right. The food, logistics and the systems. But every single one of those things is delivered by a person. And if you have not learned how to lead people well, no system will save you.
What is the one thing you wish you knew before you started? #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
Over the years, I have changed my mind about what makes a great team.
When I started @AtlanticCatering , I hired for skill. The strongest CV, the most experience. But leading 600 people across six regions, in a business where there is no margin for a bad day, I learned that skill without the right attitude will break your team faster than any gap in experience.
What do you look for first when building your team? #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
"I don't have capital. How do I start?"
My honest answer?
My mother offered her house for us to renovate into an industrial kitchen. That was how we started.
Looking back, I see the value in starting small and growing over time. #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
Thank you for all your questions. It has been exciting reminiscing and reflecting on my entrepreneurial journey and experiences.
On the question about scaling. It is not just about getting bigger. It is about making sure your foundation can carry the weight of what comes next.
I would love to hear from other entrepreneurs. #BuildingAtlantic #Entrepreneurship
