Chef Gabe Gabe is the driving force behind Atlantic Provisions- crafting unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.
Kaela Kaela is the heart and soul of Atlantic Provisions, bringing a wealth of hospitality experience and a genuine passion for taking care of others. Her thoughtful approach sets the tone for everything we do.
Troy Troy is our Front of House Manager with more than two decades in food and beverage. When he is not performing in the local music scene, Troy’s personable and engaging approach is evident throughout the hospitality experiences he helps create.
Chef Nick Nick joins the Atlantic Provisions crew for the first time at this event, and we’re thrilled to collaborate with such a like-minded chef. His impressive experience includes 4 years leading the kitchen at Edna, a beloved Halifax staple.
