From founding @oakenevent to creating platforms like @atinuda_ , she recognised an opportunity within the African events space. Not a lack of creativity, but the chance to bring stronger structure, shared standards, and deeper intentionality to an industry already rich with talent.
Rather than simply working within existing frameworks, she helped elevate them. Introducing thoughtful systems, global benchmarks, and a disciplined approach that strengthens how events are conceived, designed, and experienced.
Design also sits at the heart of her work. She brings together art, spatial thinking, and storytelling through the use of 3D elements, media, animation, and imagery to create environments that feel immersive and intentional. Each event becomes not just a gathering, but a carefully constructed experience.
Much of her impact lives in the details people rarely notice. The planning frameworks. The operational discipline. The creative direction that ensures every visual and spatial element works together.
When we study the work of Ayiri Oladunmoye @ayirio , we see that her impact is not built on decoration, but on structure. Because while many can create a beautiful moment, it takes a different level of vision and commitment to build systems that make excellence repeatable.

Our final evening at Château de Labourdonnais was the perfect finale to the ATINUDA retreat in Mauritius.

Then the sky came alive with fireworks rising above the château as the ATINUDA logo illuminated the night, marking the close of a week filled with ideas, connection, creativity, and community.
