Remsen Wolff (1940–1998) was an American photographer, poet and social activist. He also went by the names of Viv(ienne) Blum, Rem Wolff, Aram Wolff, Mr. Ridiculous and Die R. In 1990, Wolff embarked on a mission to create his series Special Girls – A Celebration, capturing more than 125 trans and gender fluid models from New York and Amsterdam.
