Like in Italy when you were trying to pet all the Italy cats, collect beach rocks and get sweet treats every day. Or when we visit Pittsburgh and explore the city being hometown tourist. Walked into the gym looking like a metrosexual hobo on a no-fly list but walked out with the dirtiest arm pump on this side of the Mississippi thanks to @at_murphy and @eyeso.visuals I tend not to take myself too seriously and video my workouts but thanks to his work and direction this definitely helped getting me out of comfort zone. I couldn’t be happier with the results and maybe one day I will change direction in my fitness journey and decide to diet and be “healthy” but I only have one life to and I’m dying big baby.
