I was so stressed this October that I didn't manage to draw as much witchy art as I wanted, but that doesn't matter. For me witch season lasts all year.
But I never shared this artwork that I made for an @imaginefxmagazine tutorial, so here you go!

I have been a wreck this year and honestly this #artvsartist is almost everything I have drawn this year (except the stuff I can't show). I already started the year in a depressive episode because something I really wanted to work on with amazing friends did not work out and I started questioning my abilities and the value of my work. But then what I thought of as my second home country invaded Ukraine, my home country, and I completely lost it. I could not draw at all. Everything felt pointless. And it still kinda does, but I guess my brain adjusted a bit to "this is what life is like now" and lets me draw a little more again. But everything feels rusty and like a battle against myself.
I'm most angry at myself for being such a weakling, seeing how people in much worse life situations than mine are making art and even making art that is meaningful and calling out the things that are happening in the world, while I just draw funny boobs&butts. I hope I can be stronger next year.
I thank you all so much for your support, your comments, your posts and just being good people in general (I'm just talking to the good people here, fuck the rest). ❤️
I wish us all a 2023 with more hope and less darkness!

I'm also incredibly grateful for the drawings I did do this year, for the opportunities I got, for my absolutely amazing friends, my super brave family, my greatest of all partner, my fluffy little voids and all the humans around the world fighting to make it a better place. Despite everything 2022 had so many beautiful moments and I don't want to leave it being only negative. That's why I chose the collage to be the first image and not the sad self-therapy sketch.

I started watching #criticalrole campaign 2 while working on the Kiss Me Once graphic novel and have been wanting to draw some of the characters ever since. Now I'm trying to remember how to draw (it's a bit of a struggle right now) with cutie Jester and her fabulous spiritual weapon lolipop.
I am also trying to make some progress in the campaign because I want to watch the animated series, but I'm also conflicted if I want to experience things in the campaign first... but there's also so many hours in the campaign, aaaahhh!! Maybe I have to start another graphic novel. XD
