We are very grateful to be able to release legendary Singaporean shogaze band ASTREAL @astreal on cassette. The cassette consists of a mix of songs from their two albums Fragments of The Same Dead Stars (2006) and Light (2017). The title will be announced later. Pre-orders will be available in a few weeks. Reliving 40 Years of Indie with SG Music Legends!
Let’s be real – the recent BigO Rewind panel was the music history lesson we all needed! The energy in the room was electric as Dino (Force Vomit), Muhd (Astreal) and Saiful (The Great Spy Experiment) traded war stories from Singapore’s indie golden age.
Moderator Daniel Peters kept the stories flowing while the crowd (a perfect mix of veterans and fresh-faced newbies) soaked up every word. The best part? Realising how much hasn’t changed – the passion, the hustle, and the belief that Singaporean music matters.
