In pre-Christian Celtic beliefs, the stag a symbol of a messenger from the spirit world. Often times delivering a message. What do you think nature would communicate to us today? My guess is that we’ve mistreated her and forgotten her lessons. In my art I’ve been exploring where reality and other realms meet. What defines the boundary? It seems our ancient ancestors were correct about a few things. Ideally we can open our minds enough to learn from them and evolve our understandings of the unexplained into the future.
