To see so many people gather around this menu built on celebration, heritage, & collaboration meant a lot to all of us! 🙌🏽 Shoutout to the whole team for absolutely throwing down & making the whole night seamless, celebratory, & alive. Saturday morning felt unreal.
This past weekend we welcomed @astralpdx to the @pdxstonesoupcafe for a special pop up. Their food speaks to their culture and brings so much flavor and texture to the table. It helped us see the potential of what this space can be.
Partnerships like this bring in new audiences, allow us to try new products, and help us find new rhythms in the kitchen. Pop ups like this also support our culinary training program, with 20% of the proceeds going directly toward our participants and their success.
Thank you, John and Lauren. As one guest put it, “This is how all hash browns should be prepared. It’s the best I’ve ever had.”
