We’re honoured to be featured once again in the AD100 list, both in Spain and the Middle East. A recognition that reaffirms our commitment to creating spaces that speak to culture, context, and emotion, and to continuously expand our narrative and evolving design language across regions. Thank you to @maitesebastia and @aidannovaa and the entire teams at @ad_spain and @admiddleeast for this acknowledgment and their continuous support. #ad100 #adspain #admiddleeast #astetstudio #hospitalitydesign

At @mitsu.london , smoky Japanese flavours meet karaoke, DJ sets and late-night dancing, bringing the energy of east Tokyo street culture into Shoreditch. Set inside the @aethoslondon , the restaurant moves in a more playful, edgier direction, beginning with a raw concrete façade marked by oversized lettering and an entrance corridor of LED arches and throbbing beats. Designed by Barcelona-based studio @astetstudio , the interiors draw on Japanese heritage and the urban character of Tokyo in the 1970s and 80s. Shoji-inspired glass, backlit wall panels and partition screens create filtered layers of light and intimacy, while oversized noren fabric hangings suspended above diners become the space’s defining gesture. Across the menu, spicy edamame, chicken karaage and soft-shell crab tempura shape a modern Japanese line-up built for long evenings that drift from dinner into dancing. At Le Café Louis Vuitton, a Chinese narrative is translated through form, pattern and palette. The terrace acts as a private garden, extending outward to frame Beijing in a layered setting for reflection. Photography by Stéphane Muratet, courtesy of @louisvuitton

Louis Vuitton Le Café is set within one of Beijing’s most recognisable retail landmarks. Curved seating compositions, layered textiles and integrated greenery introduce subtle references to Chinese symbolism, shaping the cultural atmosphere of the interior. The terrace opens the café towards the city, connecting the space with the vibrant energy of Sanlitun. Photography by Stéphane Muratet & courtesy of @louisvuitton

Over time, our work has become more defined in its intention; not only in how spaces look, but in how they are experienced. We design spaces that people feel.
